One cloud region outage can take your whole product offline. Going multi-cloud usually takes a DevOps team months.
Run your app on 3 clouds.
Survive any one going down.
Same Docker image, no code changes. Your keys, your cloud bill. A 3-region cluster with a replicated database, typically in under 3 minutes.
A cell = 3 Kubernetes clusters in 3 clouds + an encrypted WireGuard mesh + your own replicated Postgres, MySQL or MongoDB cluster, all inside your cloud accounts. Your cloud credentials stay in your dedicated Vault.
Why teams run on GeoCell
Zero Code Modification
You don't need to modify your application. Deploy standard Docker containers and Kubernetes workloads. No proprietary SDKs, no rewriting APIs.
Simultaneous 3-Cloud Provisioning
Choose 3 of AWS, GCP, Azure, Hetzner, Vultr and OVHcloud. GeoCell deploys to 3 regions at once, typically in under 3 minutes, so you can test multi-cloud traffic right away.
Your Cloud Accounts, Your Keys
You bring your keys and configure your credentials. Everything is provisioned inside your own cloud accounts and billed directly by your providers.
Your Own Replicated DB (No RDS Lock-In)
No RDS or cloud-specific database lock-in. Each cell runs its own Postgres, MySQL or MongoDB cluster in your cloud accounts, with continuous replication and automated failover.
Live Resiliency & Chaos Testing
Run failover drills to see how your application handles network partitions, regional outages and primary DB failures before they happen for real.
Dedicated Per-Tenant Vault
Credentials are NEVER stored in the application database. Every customer has their own dedicated cryptographic Vault. All credentials remain strictly in your vault.
Quickstart
Multi-cloud Kubernetes in 3 steps: keys, deploy, fail over
-
1
Connect Cloud Keys
Bring your own keys, scoped to only the permissions GeoCell needs. Everything is created in your accounts and billed by your providers.
-
2
Deploy a Cell
3-region Kubernetes, a WireGuard mesh between clouds and a replicated database cluster, typically in under 3 minutes.
-
3
Automated Cutovers
Run zero-downtime cutovers and failover drills in plain English from ChatOps, in the GeoCell console or in Slack and Microsoft Teams.
What GeoCell does
Runs itself, within the rules you set
GeoCell runs your app on three clouds at once and keeps it running when one fails. It watches your clusters, network and databases, then scales, fails over and tunes them on its own, within policies you set. Anything risky waits for your approval.
Multi-Cloud Orchestration
Deploy the same Docker image to 3 clouds and 3 regions at once, typically in under 3 minutes. Add, move or swap clouds with the same workflow.
Storage & Database Management
Your own replicated database cluster, inside your cloud accounts. GeoCell runs replication and promotes a replica when a primary fails, with no RDS lock-in.
Intelligent Infrastructure Operations
GeoCell collects telemetry at every layer, from each node's kernel and disk I/O up to your clusters, network and databases, predicts capacity needs and problems before they hit, then scales, fails over and tunes on its own. Every incident comes with a root-cause analysis.
Policy-Based Governance
Policies set what GeoCell may do: cost limits, failover targets, where traffic and data may go. Preventions block drift and misconfigurations before they reach production. Team roles on Teams, audit logs on Enterprise.
Human-in-the-Loop Control
Anything your policies mark as risky waits for a person to approve it in ChatOps before GeoCell acts. Enterprise adds approval workflows tied to SSO and audit logs.

DevOps hours
With GeoCell, your app developers deploy and there's no DevOps work to staff. The hours below are example figures ($90/h, an 80 h build, 20 h a month); replace them with what your team would spend running it without GeoCell. App development time is the same either way, so it isn't counted.

FAQ
Questions developers ask
How are my cloud keys kept secure?
GeoCell uses the keys you connect only to create and manage resources in your own cloud accounts. Scope each key to the least privilege it needs, and revoke it at any time from your cloud provider's console.
Am I locked in? Can I export to Terraform?
Everything GeoCell creates lives in your cloud accounts, so it stays with you if you stop using GeoCell, and your app is ordinary containers and an ordinary database.
What happens if the GeoCell service itself goes down?
Your cells keep running. The clusters, mesh and databases live in your cloud accounts and fail over on their own. While the service is unavailable you can't make changes through it, but your app keeps serving traffic.
Which databases and drivers work?
Postgres, MySQL and MongoDB. Your app connects with its normal driver and connection string — reads go to the local reader in each region, writes go to the primary.
